Quinnipiac University professor educates area seniors on the "lessons for living longer from people who've lived the longest"

During the free seminar, she will present the project’s findings, and educate area seniors on the longevity secrets of residents who live in these so-called “blue zones”.
The findings, which are a product of the seven-year worldwide research project led by Buettner, explain why some people tend to live healthy lives past 100. The Blue Zones research project identifies four hot spots around the world where people are living to 100 in great numbers with strength, vitality, and happiness.
