Meet sci-fi and fantasy author Melissa Crandall (Star Trek: Shell Game, Quantum Leap: Search and Rescue)

Crandall is author of the fantasy novel, Weathercock, and a collection of speculative fiction, Darling Wendy and Other Stories.  She cut her professional writing teeth producing media tie-in novels for Star Trek, Quantum Leap, and Earth 2.  Her story, “Darling Wendy,” won First Prize in the 2002 New England Writers Network Short Story Contest.  Another story, “And to All a Good Night,” appeared in Amoskeag, the journal of Southern New Hampshire University.
