New Students to East Hampton Asked to Register

All students new to the East Hampton Public School System are asked to register for school prior to Aug. 15, if possible. School offices are open for student registration from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

School officials urge parents to register students as soon as possible.  Registration Forms are available on the web at: easthamptonps.org.  Parents should present transfer information, the child’s most recent report card, a full size birth certificate, a social security number, an up-to-date immunization record and a completed physical examination form (available in each school’s main office). Parents will be required to provide proof of residency with a utility bill or any other form of verification of current residency.  New registrations will not be processed on the first day of school.

East Hampton Public Schools will open for the 2011-2012 school year on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
