Whaler’s Point Condominium Association, consisting of 30 units, is located in the Mansfield Grove section of East Haven, facing the Farm River and Long Island Sound. Previously a self-managed property, CMG will provide its full-range of services to properly maintain this prestigious property and its surrounding natural beauty.
