Connecticut’s “Lucky” winning streak continues! In Monday night’s “Lucky for Life” lottery drawing there were 25,856 winning tickets in CT, alone. One of those tickets came close to winning the New England game’s $1,000 a day for life top prize, but won the game’s second highest prize of $25,000.
The winning Lucky for Life numbers on June 4 were 7- 16- 26- 32- 34, and the Lucky Ball was 15.
Since the “first” Lucky for Life drawing on March 15, 2012, there have been 682,282 “lucky” winning tickets sold in CT alone.
CT Lottery is still looking for the top prize winner from the May 3 Lucky for Life drawing. There was one top prize winning ticket of $1,000 a day, every day for life sold in the Fairfield County. Check your tickets; the winner has yet to claim their prize.
The winning combination drawn Thursday, May 3, 2012 was 03 - 08- 12- 29- 37, with the Lucky Ball of 17.
CT Lottery officials encourage winners to sign their tickets immediately to establish ownership. Winning tickets must be redeemed in the state where purchased.

Lucky for Life’s unique top prize, which begins from the first day of claim, is based on the longevity of the winner; the minimum guaranteed amount a top prize winner could receive is $7,300,000 ($1,000 a day for 20 years), but winners who live longer than that will receive prize payments for the remainder of their natural life.
Lucky for Life is the first "New England Only" lottery game. There are 10 total ways to win. Those matching all numbers drawn win the game’s top prize of up to $1,000 a day for life.
The game also features other cash prizes ranging from $2 to $25,000. Overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 6.6. Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 13,818,168.
Tickets are $2 each and are sold at Lottery retailers in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
In CT, Lucky for Life tickets expire 180 days from the drawing date.
Drawings are held every Monday and Thursday at 10:38pm in Connecticut.
