Join <a href="https://www.hagamanlibrary.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Hagaman Library’s</a> FREE monthly Genealogy Club, open to all levels of genealogical research experience! We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Occasionally, we invite guest speakers to discuss topics related to genealogical research—check the Library's Google events calendar for details.

Extra parking is available at East Haven Town Hall (250 Main Street), KeyBank (after 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays), and Stop and Shop (accessible from Messina Drive).

The Shore Line Trolley Museum

Join us this summer for Storytime Tuesdays — a special morning program designed for young learners and their families.
Each Tuesday in July and August, children will enjoy a themed story reading followed by a vintage trolley ride along our historic Branford Electric Railway. The experience blends early literacy, imagination, and transportation history in a setting unlike any other.
<h3>Program Times</h3>
Storytimes are offered at: 10:00 AM 11:00 AM
Each session lasts approximately one hour. Please arrive a few minutes early, as programs begin promptly. Designed with young children’s schedules in mind, morning sessions conclude in time for lunch and afternoon naps.
<h3>What’s Included</h3>
• Live story reading • Scenic trolley ride • Light snack and drink • A take-home copy of the featured book for each child
<h3>Admission</h3>
$10 per child Adults attend free.
Space is limited to maintain a comfortable, engaging experience for families.

The Shore Line Trolley Museum is pleased to offer a sensory-friendly trolley experience designed for individuals and families who benefit from a quieter, lower-stimulation environment.
This specially scheduled departure provides:
<ul><li>Limited attendance</li><li>Reduced ambient noise</li><li>Minimal waiting time</li><li>A calm, supportive atmosphere</li></ul>
Departure Time
Tuesdays in July and August 12:00 PM departure
Advance reservations are required. Attendance is intentionally limited to maintain a comfortable experience. Caregivers attend at no charge.

From arrival at the Visitor Center through the trolley ride itself, our goal is to create a welcoming and predictable environment.
Families are encouraged to review our visitor information in advance so they may prepare for the experience with confidence.
