Jonathan David-Tate Gripes, 24, is charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Sylvester rando Randolph Carney, 21, of Saltonstall Parkway is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

(Removed) is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Nicolas Cuartas, 26, of Charter Oak Avenue is charged with possession of marijuana.

Joseph John Morgillo, 30, of Laurel Hill Road in Branford is charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree breach of peace.
