📰 News we're reading

• I looked through local filings. Here's what's in development around CT (nhregister.com) — East Haven's Planning & Zoning Commission is weighing Foxon Road apartments, auto businesses, and smoke-shop retailers, while a proposed kid-friendly coffee house at Trolley Square is not yet on the agenda. The roundup also highlights housing, retail, farm, and solar projects in other Connecticut towns. Residents can track how these plans may shape local shopping, traffic, and neighborhood character.
