• Where To Pick Pumpkins Near Ellington And Somers (patch.com) — Families in Ellington have a convenient option for pumpkin picking and fall fun at Johnny Appleseed's Farm on Schoolhouse Road, which offers pumpkins, a corn maze, and wagon rides. The guide also points residents to nearby Somers and South Windsor farms, and shares practical tips for safely carving and displaying jack-o'-lanterns at home.
