Enfield Obituary: Shirley Brodrib, 87

Shirley M. (Organ) Brodrib, 87, of Manchester formerly of Enfield wife of the late John Brodrib entered into Eternal Rest on Friday, November 4, 2016, at St. Francis Hospital.

Shirley was born July 27, 1929, in Springfield, MA the daughter of the late Edward and Marguerite (White) Organ. Shirley was a parishioner of Holy Family Church.

She is survived by four children, Lawrence E. Bovat of Martinez, CA, Linda Scata and her husband, Joseph of Windsor, John E. Brodrib and his wife, Roxanne of Rockledge, FL and Joanne Botelho and her husband, James of Flagler Beach, FL; three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

A funeral procession will gather on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 10 am at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 am at Holy Family Church. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s King Street Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, 2080 Silas Deane Highway, 2nd Floor, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
