Michael Wilkinson, 44, of 551 Salmon Brook Rd., Granby, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 9:38 a.m.

Keizhalee Rodriguez, 19, of 352 Chicopee St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:45 a.m.

Christopher C. Miklitsch, 31, of no certain address, was charged with violation of probation (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 6:15 p.m.

Nicholas P. Provencher, 38, of 2 Sharp St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, 10 a.m.

Francheska Tapia, 27, of 238 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:13 p.m.

Lymarie Centeno-Pagan, 31, of 238 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, at 5:43 p.m.

Jorge L. Alicea, 33, of 48 South St., West Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance, 8:10 p.m.
