Kyle B. Fisher, 20, of 53 Till St., Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 5:11 a.m.

Anthony Barfield, 33, of 25 Blunt Rd., Springfield, Mass., was charged with criminal impersonation and sixth-degree telephone fraud, 6:40 p.m.

Ryan Cechvala, 32, of 15 Family Ln., Westfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:37 p.m.

Matthew Preissner, 35, of 221 Oldefield Farms, Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:33 p.m.

Scott A. Morgan, 54, of 45 Monroe Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:30 p.m.

Matthew J. Nardi, 31, of 30 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, 11:40 p.m.
