Saturday, Jan. 27

Joseph M. Melfi, 43, of 3 Andover Rd., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 2:05 a.m.

Raelynn A. Dickinson, 20, of 51 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with interfering with an officer, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 11:00 p.m.
