July 11

Adrian A. Llanos, 22, of 62 jackson Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 3:27 a.m.

Connor M. Bayliss, 23, of 79 West St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:27 p.m.

John P. Palmer, 20, of 33 Manse Hill Rd., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:45 p.m.

Robert A. Puncavage, 57, of 413 Edgewood Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while impaired, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:09 p.m.

Vilma W. Garcia, 46, of 19 Upton St., New Britain, was charged with violation of a protective order, 8:52 p.m.

July 12

Joshua S. Minardi, 30, of 445 Vine St., Revere, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 5:17 a.m.

Kristina L. Foley, 32, of 338 Westfield St., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny, 10:00 a.m.

Chad A. Read, 25, of 585 Thompsonville Rd., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:07 p.m.
