Cooper M. Smith, 35, of 8 Dewey Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Deborah A. Husovsky, 51, of 20 Cooper St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
James J. Husovsky, 56, of 20 Cooper St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Luis F. Carrion, 47, of 1543 King St., Unit 104, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault.
