Scott Mercado, 27, of 10 Bloomfield Dr., Fairfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:52 p.m.

David D. Shane, 29, of 36 Church St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, 7:18 p.m.

Anthony Gionfriddo, Jr., 24, of 19 Hunter Ln., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order and possession of narcotics, 11:45 p.m.

Nicole Kaponis-Stanhope, 21, of 49 Brainerd Dr., Portland, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass, 12:26 a.m.

Daniel J. Candella, 28, of 48 Farmstead Ln., Suffield, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive right, 4:33 a.m.

Stephen P. Saletnik, 28, of 57 Main St., Somers, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:21 a.m.

Brianna N. Zucco, 20, of 366 Main St., Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:58 p.m.

Armondi D. Patterson, 21, of 82 Chester St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:36 p.m.
