Rafael A. Alvarado, 26, of 34 Essex St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, on an out-of-town warrant at the Motel 6 on Hazard Ave., 2:50 a.m.

Kevin D. Rivera, 27, of 71 Craig Dr., West Springfield, MA, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 7:36 a.m.

Toniese A. Mason, 25, of 857 Foster St., South Windsor, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 3rd-degree larceny, 3rd-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit 3rd-degree burglary, 6th-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny and credit card theft, on  a pair of 2011 warrants, 11:45 a.m.

Joseph C. Garrison, 40, of 4 Burnham St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Burnham St., 1:14 p.m.

Chester E. Barnes, 48, of 113 North Maple St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 7:00 p.m.

Lori B. Bouchard, 30, of 13 Grove Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2012 warrant, 11:35 p.m.

May 3

Tomiese A. Mason, 25, of 857 Foster St., South Windsor, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear, on an out-of-town warrant, 12:43 a.m.

Joseph A. Weatherwax, 30, of 107 Talcott Ave., Rockville, was charged with 1st-degree criminal mischief (two counts), conspiracy to commit 1st-degree criminal mischief (two counts), 5th-degree larceny (two counts), conspiracy to commit 5th-degree larceny, 3rd-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit 3rd-degee burglary, on a pair of 2012 warrants, 10:20 a.m.

Nicholas A. Kingsley, 28, of 21 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a narcotics call on Hartford Ave., 1:30 p.m.
