Enfield Road Work Schedule Announced

ENFIELD, CT - The Enfield Department of Public Works has announced the start of construction of the Pavement Preservation Project, Contract 15-7.

The town’s contractor, Tilcon Connecticut Inc., has provided its proposed schedule of work for the month of April, which follows:

• During the week of April 4, the contractor will start drainage work on Post Office Road from 200 feet west of Louise Drive to Belinda Lane and from Route 5 to 400 feet east of Route 5; after the drainage is complete, the road will be resurfaced.
• During the week of April 4, the contractor will start drainage work at the Intersection of Post Road and Raffia Road; after the drainage is complete, the road will be reconstructed.
• On the week of April 11, the contractor will start drainage work on Steele Road from Rockland Drive to the East Windsor town line; after the drainage is complete, the road will be reconstructed.
