LETTER: Tom Arnone Helps His Constituents, Deserves Reelection

ENFIELD, CT — State legislators need to be responsive to their constituents. I have been communicating with Tom Arnone for five months now regarding issues I constantly have with the state unemployment department. He is always incredibly responsive and gets me the answers I need.

The first time I contacted Tom, I was so frustrated as there is no phone number or email address at the state to speak with someone or to get an answer to a simple question. As soon as I asked Tom for help, he responded.

Recently the state sent a letter about the unemployment claims new program, and I could not get onto the site. The link was not working. I reached out to Tom and right away he got an answer for me.

As a businessperson in this community, I believe customer service is paramount to success. As a legislator, Tom certainly demonstrates that it is paramount in government as well.

I am eager and grateful to cast my vote for Tom for state representative of the 59th District and encourage the residents of the 59th District to support Tom Arnone as well.
