7th Annual Parkway Pavilion Fishing Trip at Freshwater Pond
Cary Atkins, along with friends and family organized the 7th Annual Parkway Pavilion Fishing Trip at Freshwater Pond in Enfield. Nine people, who call Parkway home, enjoyed a beautiful day of fishing and lunch by the pond.
Many of the residents grew up with fishing as their hobby including avid fisherwoman, Daisy Brooks who turned 100 years young this year. Daisy has participated in all six Parkway Fishing trips.
Organizers are very grateful to Guy Beaudoin from Yankee Outdoors LLC who provides the licenses, bait and tackle. Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center transports the residents, provides lunch and has staff on-hand to assist with the residents care.
