Parkway Pavilion Healthcare Scholarship Recipient

Enfield High School Graduate Marissa Demers is the 2019 Recipient of the Parkway Pavilion Healthcare Residents Council Scholarship

Members of the Parkway Pavilion Healthcare Residents Council awarded their 2019 Scholarship to Marissa Demers, a 2019 graduate of Enfield High School.

Marissa is attending the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford where she will study to be an APRN. Parkway Pavilion Resident Council President, Marie Nicholls presented Marissa with a $300 check and flowers at a recent Parkway Pavilion event.

The Resident’s Council Scholarship was instituted a number of years ago by several former resident teachers. The recipient must be enrolled in healthcare studies and is selected by Parkway residents based on an application, letters of recommendation and a completed essay. Scholarship funds are raised from a variety of activities throughout the year.
