"Send a Little Love" Campaign

Parkway Pavilion Residents Thankful for "Send a Little Love" Campaign

Residents of Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center are very thankful for the “Send a Little Love” note writing campaign spearheaded by Mary Ann Turner, Enfield Republican Town Committee Chairman.

During this difficult time of social distancing and to keep everyone safe, Parkway residents are not able to have visitors. Everyone can bring a smile to those who reside at Parkway by sending a happy note. Mary Ann is encouraging everyone to “Send a Little Love”. This can be a handwritten short note or card mailed to Parkway Pavilion Health & Rehabilitation Center, c/o Kelly Koretz, 1157 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT 06082. All letters will be given to a resident. The goal is 1,000 cards or more.

The hardworking staff at Parkway are so grateful for the community support they have been receiving, from games and masks to lunch and dinner. One way for residents to connect with their family and friends is virtually. With only a few iPads on hand, the need for additional iPads has become greater. Anyone wishing to donate an iPad, either new or used can contact Doug Melanson by calling 860.745.1641 or email dmelanson@parkway.care to make arrangements.
