Shots Fired at House in Northern Enfield

Shell casings were found in the street adjacent to a home that was struck by bullets, according to police.

ENFIELD, CT — Police are investigating a report of shots being fired at a house in the North Thompsonville section of Enfield early Thursday afternoon.

Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said a house on Colony Road, behind the North Thompsonville Fire Department, was struck by bullets, and shell casings were found in the street nearby.

A pair of Hispanic males were reported leaving the area in a vehicle, heading north on Route 5, Sferrazza said.
