Soapstone Mountain Crash Leads to Charges for Enfield Teen
Pot was found in and out of the car, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — An Enfield man is facing five criminal charges after a crash on Soapstone Mountain, state police said.
Zachary Kinne, 19, of Enfield, is due on court on Sept. 27 to answer charges that include the illegal sale of a controlled substance, narcotics possession, risk of injury to a child, evidence tampering and interfering, state police said.
A call came into state police at 4:46 p.m. on Wednesday about a damaged vehicle on the mountain, according to an arrest report.

Two juveniles were trying to flee the scene, state police said.
Not only was marijuana found in the vehicle but Kinne admitted to police he was trying to hide a stash in some nearby woods, according to an arrest report.
