Chester Extends Tax Grace Period

CHESTER, CT — According to a press release put out by the town of Chester, Chester has opted to extend the grace period for paying January's taxes without penalty again. This is done in accordance with the Governor's Executive order 9R and is similar to the modification that was offered in July of 2020.
