Deep River Farms Last Day January 28

DEEP RIVER, CT — The owners of Deep River Farms announced on their Facebook page that they will be closing the farm. The post states:

"It’s with sadness that we announce that we have decided to close. It was always a dream of ours to own a farm of our own and open it to our community. Against all odds and challenges, it became more than we could have hoped for. We set out to bring you local, organic, quality fresh food and products. We did it! It was an amazing experience and a wildly successful one. Our animals have been moved to a new home and they are happy and healthy! While our family will be moving on we won’t forget all the support of our staff and our community in Deep River. Our last day in the farmstand will be this Thursday, January 28th. Please come by and say hello and goodbye. Stay safe. Thank you again for all your support. In peace and love, Kelly and Marissa"
