Delayed Opening At Essex Town Hall

The Essex Town Hall will not open to the public on Friday, March 5, until 10:30 a.m. due to a covid vaccine clinic being held on the there.

ESSEX, CT — According to The Town of Essex Facebook post, the Essex Town Hall will have a delayed opening to the public at 10:30am on Friday, March 5, to accommodate a COVID-19 vaccine clinic. Employees should report to work at their normally scheduled time. Please allow additional time for off-site parking. The Town Hall parking lot and Grove Street will be reserved for those with vaccination appointments only.

The clinic will be held in the auditorium from 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. by appointment only through the Nutmeg Pharmacy in Centerbrook. If you are 55+ years of age please go online to https://www.nutmegpharmacy.com/ to schedule your vaccine.

If you are scheduled for Friday's vaccine, please come up to the back door to get your number and then please go back to your car to wait. There will be a sign at the door that will "announce" your number.
