Financial Extension educator Faye Griffiths-Smith offers the third in a free 5-part
financial literacy series for the Essex Library on Tuesday, February 23rd at 6:30
pm. on Zoom. Get an overview on how to gain and keep control of your money
with a spending plan. March workshops will include managing your credit and
dealing with debt.
Presenter Faye Griffiths-Smith, a Financial Educator with UConn Extension, has
extensive experience working with diverse audiences, both adult and youth, on a
variety of financial topics. She leads the Connecticut Saves Campaign promoting
increased savings behavior among Connecticut citizens and is a past chair of the
Family Economics and Resource Management Section of the American
Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
This Zoom presentation is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
