Fighting Food Insecurities Over School Break
Grab and Go lunches still available for school children over the holiday break.
ESSEX, CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, CT — During the school break, Grab and Go Meals will only be served at the centralized location of John Winthrop Middle School on Monday, Dec. 28th, Tuesday, Dec. 29th and Wednesday, Dec. 30th from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Those who are looking to pick up food are asked to drive around to the bus entrance at the back of John Winthrop for meal pick-up.
