Foggy Meadow Farm Of Deep River Had Success At Winter Horse Shows
Horses and riders from Foggy Meadow Farm had a successful winter show season in Florida and returned with smiles and several winning ribbons

ESSEX, CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, CT — Foggy Meadow Farm, a professional hunter/jumper stable in Deep River Connecticut, owned and run by Hillary Schreiber Rheinheimer, recently returned home after spending several weeks in Florida on the winter show circuit there.
Rheinheimer took four of her students on the trip, as well as, three horses, plus an additional one that was leased at the show. The five equestrians, ranging in age from 17 to 56, competed in various hunter, jumper and equitation classes.
Ribbons abounded for the New England based group. Tracey Leahy of Durham, won Champion all three weeks in 2’ adult equitation with her mount West Tisbury.

Rheinheimer scored an impressive 87 on Linda Brill’s horse Game On, in the Hunter Derby and Brill won champion 2’6 hunters, as well as, reserve champion in the 3’ adult hunters.
The group returned from their successful trip in early March and are now training hard to compete throughout New England during the spring and summer season.
