Struggling With Loss, Check In At The Essex Library

ESSEX, CT — BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP RESUMES AT ESSEX LIBRARY

Grieving is tough – but you don’t have to go it alone. The Essex Library will resume hosting a Bereavement Support Group on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of every month at 5 p.m. on Zoom.

Leadership for the group will be provided again by Chaplain Dennis McCann, former head of pastoral services at Middlesex Hospital. The group is free and open to all. If you’re struggling with loss – of a spouse, a parent or other family member, or a close friend – please consider joining in on a meeting; sometimes just having a place to share our feelings makes them easier to bear. No advance registration is necessary.
