Take the Library to Your Child Day in Essex

ESSEX, CT — The Essex Library Association is celebrating Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday, February 6. This annual event is on its 10th year, but with a new twist for 2021, and a new name. Take the Library to Your Child Day.

Due to the pandemic, the Essex Library will be offering several remote ways to participate including a virtual storytime at 10 a.m., a special take-and-make craft, downloadable activity packets, and a photo contest. Non-perishable donations will be accepted at the Library throughout the month of February to benefit the Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries.
