Winter Food Resources Available In Chester

There are different places throughout town where those in need can get food assistance over the winter months.

CHESTER, CT — Food and other resources are available for those in need, at the Chester Food Pantry, located at the Chester Town Hall, 203 Middlesex Ave. Chester, CT. The pantry is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Pre-bagged food is available for pick-up.

In addition, the Shoreline Soup Kitchen and Pantry holds a curbside, meal pick up weekly at the United Church of Chester from 5 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. The church is located at 29 West Main Street, Chester.
