FAIRFIELD, CT — A $2 million winning Powerball lottery ticket was sold in Fairfield on Wednesday, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
The lucky winner has not yet been identified, but the winning numbers were 12, 32, 56, 67, 68; the Powerball was not matched.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased at the Cumberland Farms at 1101 Post Road in Fairfield.

Odds of matching five Powerball numbers are 1 in 11,688,054, according to lottery officials.
The game, which costs $2 per wager, did not have a jackpot winner on Wednesday, which means the next Powerball drawing on Saturday will be for an estimated $325 million.
