6 Fairfield Businesses Named Among Best In CT

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield is home to some of the best businesses in the state, according to the readers of Connecticut Magazine.

Six Fairfield businesses were recently named among the publication’s Best of Connecticut 2021, as voted by readers.

The following local shops and eateries were voted to be runners-up in the categories listed below:

• Cheese shop: Fairfield Cheese Co.
• Falafel, Layla’s Falafel (also in Trumbull)
• Food truck, The Tasty Yolk
• Hot dogs, Super Duper Weenie
• Music venue to see a local band, Stage One at Fairfield Theatre Company
• Running gear, Sound Runner (also in Branford, Glastonbury, and Old Saybrook)
