Amybeth Laroche Will Actually REPRESENT Us in the State Senate

Laroche is running for the open seat for the 28^th District, including Fairfield, Easton, Bethel and Newtown.

Within the public echo-chamber of corporate-media, pontificating politicos, and elected officials, we are never advised to look below the surface or at the big-picture on the “issues.”There’s a simple reason. The politicos want to be able to easily move us at election season with some contrived fear or emotion, squeezing out a win, and keeping their positions for another cycle.Nothing of substance gets done, and if you live in Connecticut, the downward spiral of our economy and societal affairs continues.

The group-think among the Democrat super-majority, and even some Republicans in Hartford represents a powerful inertia to put off until tomorrow, tough decisions which are better made today. It is their nature, as is their will to centralize power and control. It is why our Republic is founded on the distribution of power.Viewed over the sweep of say a half-century, it cannot be denied that Connecticut’s government has done nothing but increase taxes, regulations, and control over more aspects of our lives than could have been imagined in the early 1970s. This trend has been noted over the decades, but has now become patently obvious to any Nutmegger still breathing oxygen.

We hear it everywhere: Monstrous multi-unit housing being dropped on our towns against the will of the townspeople, automated speed and ALPR cameras surveilling us and fining us 24/7, business start-ups waiting a year to obtain basic ‘permitting,’ housing prices rocketing beyond the reach of young and old alike, homeschoolers being tracked and hassled based on contrived reasoning, and the list goes on.

Laroche’s Democrat opponent, Rob Blanchard, is a creature of this bankrupt ruling political class, having no other job than working for state government from Malloy in 2010 through eight years at the right hand of Ned Lamont. When interviewed, he recognizes these problems but offers nothing but more state programs and wrangling more tax money from us. He’s got a ‘plan’ for everything. Not a creative or principled utterance from this man. Indeed, he knows 50 more ways the state government can control our lives, and would love to enact them. His presentations really should be accompanied with a barf-bag.

Amybeth Laroche became disgusted with everything Blanchard represents and was elected to the Newtown Board of Finance. She is now running to represent us and vote on our behalf in the state senate. She’s an outsider and she’s a realist. She won’t be concocting the Bills, BUT she’ll be voting on them, decidedly on our behalf. The principles which guide her are individual liberty, local control, fiscal responsibility and traditional values. She recognizes District 28 is one of the most highly-educated, self-reliant, productive counties in the country. We’re perfectly able to control our own lives, and Laroche will vote every time to make that vision a reality.

Elect a mom and accomplished businesswoman in November. Our state can be turned around, district by district.
