Wings Over Water School of Swimming celebrated its one-year anniversary at its Fairfield facility on Sunday, January 29th with a “Cupcake Social.” The school, founded in 1993 in Brewster, NY expanded into Connecticut last year when it opened its second location at 2221 Black Rock Turnpike.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the first anniversary of a very successful year,” said Melissa Flannery, co-owner of Wings Over Water in Fairfield. “We have received positive feedback from many students, including this one from Lauren Bobrow of Fairfield:” ‘What an amazing swim school! It's so clean, the teachers are great and the pool is a perfect temperature!’
Another parent stated: “My son, Evan, started at WOW when he was a little over three years old and his progression has been truly amazing! I attribute his rapid skill progression to the knowledgeable (and fun) staff at WOW. The enthusiasm and love of the water that the staff brings to the pool is quickly spread to all of their students.”
