Community Update

You have your stories to tell of the days when weight wasn't an issue and you could eat whatever you wanted.  Or you might be more like me, a woman who always had to struggle to lose weight.  When I finally lost the last of my unwanted 20 pounds (read about that story HERE), I learned the importance of checking in with myself, my weight and where I truly wanted to be with my health and energy.
