Fairfield Man Charged With Third DUI After Crash: Report
A 63-year-old woman sustained a concussion in the rollover crash. The suspect has been charged with DUI three times since 2008.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man was arrested on DUI charges for the third time since 2008 in connection to an accident in which police say he rear-ended another car that flipped over as a result of the crash, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
The Citizen reports Joseph T. Forte, 30, was arrested on a warrant this week in connection to the June 25 accident on Round Hill Road. He was also arrested for DUI in 2008 and 2010. (To sign up for Fairfield breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
The driver of the other car, a 63-year-old woman from Massachusetts, sustained a concussion and a cut to her elbow in the June crash, according to the Citizen.
