Fairfield Police Arrest Two More in Oxycodone Trafficking Ring
A Fairfield man and a Bridgeport woman were charged in connection with a months-long investigation.

A Fairfield man and a Bridgeport woman were arrested in connection with a months-long investigation by the Fairfield Police Department into the illegal sale of oxycodone.
The Fairfield Citizen reports Daniel Renzulli, 46, of Sunnyridge Avenue in Fairfield, and Irisel DeJesus, 29, of East Main St. in Bridgeport, were recently arrested on narcotics charges.
Police had placed Renzulli under surveillance last month after he was suspected of selling narcotics during the investigation, according to the Citizen.

Members of the Fairfield Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed multiple search and seizure warrants on May 20 that led to the arrest of two Easton residents and the seizure of a large quantity of narcotic pain medication.
Curtis Pistey, 55, and Joann Pistey, 54, were both arrested on charges of possession of narcotics, illegal distribution, sale and dispensing of narcotics, sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, conspiracy to commit illegal distribution, sale and dispensing of narcotics and conspiracy to possess narcotics.

They are accused of supplying Renzulli with narcotics.
During the execution of a search warrant on the Pistey’s home, Fairfield police seized nearly 750 assorted DEA controlled Schedule II narcotic pills and over $5,000 in cash, according to a press release. The street value of the pills is conservatively estimated to be approximately $30,000. Narcotic medication such as these typically sell for $1/milligram at the street level.
