Fairfield Police Ask For Public's Help in Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects
Two men robbed the Brooklawn Liquor store at gunpoint on Friday night.

Fairfield police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects that robbed the Brooklawn Liquor store at gunpoint on Friday night.
Both suspects were wearing gloves and had their faces covered with an unknown black material when they entered the liquor store at 752 Brooklawn Avenue, according to a police press release.
Police describe the first suspect as short, approximately 5-foot-5 and was wearing a dark gray hoodie with the hood pulled up over his head with a dark brimmed baseball cap underneath wearing jeans and white sneakers.

Police described the second suspect as also approximately 5-feet-5 inches tall and was wearing a navy blue hoodie, light colored jeans with sneakers and a red baseball cap possibly with a Houston Astros logo.
According to police, the first suspect entered the store and ran to the counter armed with a small silver semi-automatic pistol. He pushed the store owner up against the shelves while pointing the gun at the cashier. The second suspect went behind the counter and put the cash in a brown paper bag, police said.

Both subjects left the store last seen headed east on Brooklawn Ave.
