Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot
Although not officially summer quite yet, we still had the most glorious weather this weekend. I was able to combine exercise, real estate, family and friends. I call that the perfect weekend!
This was a busy a week in real estate. Interest rates are literally at all time record lows, jumbo loans specifically, and I think that has encouraged those sellers on the fence to get in the game. Fairfield had 28 new listings, 22 homes bindered, 20 homes went under contract and 12 homes sold.
