Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot
What a weekend! The weather was glorious on Mother’s day, and I had the opportunity to spend it with my youngest daughter in NYC (our oldest daughter is in California and my son had to work). We explored the Williamsburg flea market and found several treasures then took the subway to Soho and did a little retail therapy there too. It was such a fun day. I hope all you moms out there had the day you deserved.
Real estate continues to be very busy. Fairfield had 36 new listings, 22 homes went under binder, 11 homes went to pending status and 7 homes closed.
