Stratford Man Accused of Stealing Strobe Lights from Fairfield Tow Truck

A Stratford man, who owns Black Rock Service Center in Bridgeport, is accused of stealing the strobe lights off a Fairfield business’ tow truck, according to the Fairfield Citizen.

The Citizen reports that Paul Fanciulli, 35, of Victory Street in Stratford, was arrested on a charge of third-degree larceny after investigation by Fairfield police determined that the upright strobe light bars found on a wrecker at Black Rock Service Center were taken from tow trucks owned by Route 1 Auto Body on the Post Road.

The equipment, which was valued at $4,500, was reported stolen on Nov. 20 and an employee of Route 1 Auto Body saw what he thought were the strobe lights on a Black Rock tow truck a few days later, according to the Citizen.
