Julia M. Armijo, 23, of 223 Godfrey East Rd., Weston, was charged with violation of a protective order, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.

David D. McCoy, 20, of 22 Andover Rd., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Scott Swamp Rd., 4:50 p.m.

Vilija Razmaite-Baguckiene, 49, of 261 Stafford Ave., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 3:50 p.m.

Friday, April 27

Luis D. Rivera, 40, of 71 Hillcrest Ave., West Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 12:56 a.m.

Christopher Totzke, 38, of 28 Forest St., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on School St., 8:14 p.m.

Wednesday, May 2

Kyronne D. Williams, 32, of 93 Palm St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency, on a warrant, 1:50 p.m.

Henry Mendez, 42, of 1080 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order, on a warrant, 8:38 p.m.
