Andre L. Rhodes, 46, of 500 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor at Westfarms Mall, 6:10 p.m.

Jerome Rumley, 25, of 3250 East Main St., Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, in connection with a disturbance call at Westfarms Mall, 8:21 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 23

Michael R. Barone, 32, of 228 Jerome Ave., Burlington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 12:45 p.m.

Edgard A. Burgos-Hernandez, 25, of 312 Scott Swamp Rd., Apt. 3, Farmington, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation,on a warrant, 10:51 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 25

Alfred J. Ratajczak, 62, of 107 Deer Park Rd., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 3:52 p.m.

Jeffrey R. Ward, 60, of 114 27 South Washington, Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 10:11 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 26

[Name Withheld], 39, of 4 Lydia Rd., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Sherman Ave., 11:04 p.m.
