Monday, Aug. 27

Brooke M. Burns, 24, of 62 Academy St., Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 8:35 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 28

Thomas MacMullin, 55, of 20 Huse Rd., New Ipswich, N.H., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:55 p.m.

Eddie W. Agosto, 48, of 29 Putnam St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to keep narcotics in original container, speeding and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 8:37 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 29

Nicholas P. Delucia, 30, of 189 Greene St., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at TJ Maxx, 7:13 p.m.

Stewart E. Galeucia, 62, of 85 River Rd., Essex, was charged with cruelty to animals, in connection with an animal cruelty call at the Marriott Hotel on Farm Springs Rd., 8:56 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 30

Jason Bennett, 47, of 236 Wellsford Dr., Goshen, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 1:25 p.m.
