Lisa Dalke, 52, of 112 Shuttle Meadow Rd., Plainville, was charged with risk of injury to a child, on a warrant, 6:55 a.m.

Ricardo A. Luna, 46, of 69 Gillett St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 4:30 p.m.
