David Cheng, 45, of 52 Talcott Notch Rd., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Talcott Notch Rd., 1:43 a.m.

Breck T. Conlon, 21, of 87 El Toro Dr., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations and passing in a no-passing zone, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 11:40 p.m.

Richard Platkiewicz, 28, of 3 Sable Ct., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Plainville Ave., 5:25 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 21
Joseph Castro, 18, of 31 High St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 10:10 a.m.
Elizabeth E. Wood, 36, of 39 Locust St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree larceny (six counts), third-degree forgery (six counts), second-degree identity theft, sixth-degree larceny, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card and receipt of goods from an illegally used credit card, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.
Eva Tarnawski, 40, of 185 Village Square Dr., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Farm Glen Blvd., 7:08 p.m.
