Monday, Dec. 4

Andrew F. Stierer, 21, of 43 Cope Farms Rd., Farmington, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 10:00 a.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

Teddy Rivera-Hernandez, 50, of 33 Rowe Ave., Hartford, was charged with first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a shoplifting device and violation of probation, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd. and on a warrant, 1:30 p.m.

Michael D. Tatum, 36, of 220 Main St., New Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, on a warrant, 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 6

Autumn Guidry, 19, of 70 Monroe St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, receipt of goods from an illegally used credit cad, conspiracy to commit recept of goods from an illegally used credit card, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft and conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card, on a warrant, 5:25 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 8

Matthew J. Banever, 28, of 31 Main St., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Spring Rd., 1:06 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 9

Christopher M. Peterson, 40, of 47-A Woodchuck Hill, West Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to obey traffic control signals, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Main St., 12:38 a.m.

Joshua N. Mitchell, 22, of 134-30 231st St., Queens, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, receipt of goods from an illegally used credit card, second-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft, interfering with an officer, credit card theft and charging more than $500 on a revoked credit card, in connection with a fraud call on South Rd., 5:18 p.m.

Latoya Chin, 30, of 4216 Moccasin Trl., Woodstock, Ga., was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card, conspiracy to commit receipt of goods from an illegally used credit card and conspiracy to commit credit card theft, in connection with a fraud call on South Rd., 5:18 p.m.
